Ion torrent-based nasopharyngeal swab metatranscriptomics in COVID-19
In this work in collaboration with Dr. Luis Pacheco, Gúbio Soares and Silvia Sardi from UFBA we developed an unbiased strategy to identification of COVID-19 in samples derived from nasal swab of patients.
